Turnkey installation
Lift Design, Manufacturing & Installation
One team from the first site survey to the final compliance certificate.
Overview
One team from the first site survey to the final compliance certificate.
Sakshi Elevators designs, manufactures and installs its own lifts, so a single team is accountable from the first conversation to the day you hand the keys to residents, patients or staff.
The turnkey scope covers site survey and shaft dimensioning, structural steel tower installation where required, electrical wiring, testing and final compliance certification — for new buildings and, for home lifts, existing ones.
- Residential villa lifts: typically around 2–3 weeks to install
- Commercial multi-storey projects: typically 4–8 weeks after civil shaft handover
- Timelines depend on shaft readiness and cabin specification

FAQs
Common questions
Do you handle the complete installation?
Yes. Sakshi Elevators offers complete end-to-end execution — site survey, shaft dimensioning, structural steel tower installation, electrical wiring, testing and final compliance certification.
How long does lift installation take?
Residential villa lifts typically take about 2–3 weeks; commercial multi-storey projects about 4–8 weeks after the civil shaft is handed over. Shaft readiness and cabin specification affect the timeline.
Can you install a lift in a building that is already complete?
For homes, yes — compact MRL and hydraulic lifts are designed to fit existing stairwell voids, structural openings or external glass hoistways. For other buildings, a site survey determines what is feasible.
