Residential & villa

Home Lifts & Villa Lifts

Compact home lifts for villas, duplexes and independent houses.

Overview

Compact home lifts for villas, duplexes and independent houses.

A home lift should fit the house — not the other way round. Sakshi home lifts are compact, low-civil-work lifts for independent villas, duplexes, bungalows and private residences.

They run on standard single-phase domestic power, need only a shallow pit (from 200 mm) or no pit at all, and are available with MRL traction or precision hydraulic drives. Compact MRL and hydraulic systems can also be fitted into existing homes — in a stairwell void, a structural opening or an external glass hoistway.
